SAPPHIRE and the ASUG Annual Conference. Usually if people are talking about conference check-in, it’s not a good thing. This year, WebEvents Global has successfully delivered a variety of new solutions ranging from satellite check-in at the Orlando International Airport terminals, self check-in kiosks at the convention center, to badge printing straight from your PDA devise. All of these exciting check-in processes have two simple goals in mind - speed up conference check-in and eliminate lines. Not only did we make this a fast and easy process for conference participants, but we furthered SAP’s reputation in being a logistically intelligent and technology driven company.
Of course this is not to overshadow what is showing to be a hugely successful year for these two premier events, offering the latest business strategies, hands-on education, and face-to-face networking with industry peers, SAP experts, and partners. The show floor is buzzing with the activity of over 200 exhibitors, stadium seating villages delivering SAP product sessions, demo stations, Meet Our Customers Pavilion, keynotes and more – WebEvents Global is proud to have shared a hand in much of this success!
WebEvents Global has custom developed a majority of the web-based tools geared at achieving exactly what WebEvents Global was privileged to witness here at SAPPHIRE and the ASUG Annual Conference – justification that there is still value in the face to face conference… when done right!
